Innovative solutions Zipwake give the user unparalleled, friendly, intuitive and precise control trim, tilt. The system is equipped with various sensors including GPS, gyroscope. System is operated by a robust and resistant (IP67) controller with color LCD display, which retains a high readability in sunlight. Zipwake trims the boat with 2 to 6 interceptors mounted on the stern transom. All parts of these devices have been carefully designed for continuous operation in water. Intereceptors contain an electric brushless servo motor with voltage (12 to 32V). Intereceptor full extension (30mm) is achieved in 1.5 seconds giving you five times faster than conventional trim tabs. Auto-calibration system takes place after input some technical data such as a boat length, displacement and beam but may be permanently modified by the user in order to achieve the specific requirements for the type of boat.
