You’ve got no choice but to enjoy the ride.Digital switching system, that does it for you.
Programmable devices to control and manage yacht are a norm, what puts one vessel apart from another is how big is the scope of programmed tasks.
Marineworks recently finalized a project, installing EmpirBus by Garmin on a 80 and 86 feet motorboats, upscaling their overall user comfort.
As an appointed contractor, after Client’s selection of appliances needed to be controlled, and an approximate outline of logic, we carefully selected the devices and translated them into programming language. We also used free Garmin components to create the graphics.
First boat had the system installed to take care of 13 appliances:
The second project included management of 19 tasks:
- Fuel tank levels + manual and automatic transfer pump
- Exhaust temperatures
- Starting the engines
- Starting the generator
- Starting the engine room ventilation – manual and automatic
- Bilge pumps with alarms
- Navigation lights
- Yacht lighting
- Wipers
- Fluid tank levels
- Starting the watermaker automatically
- Automatic and manual heating control
- Pump control
- Starting engines
- Engine parameters
- Fuel tank level
- Engine room ventilation automatic and manual
- Fuel transfer pump automatic and manual
- Navigation lighting
- Windscreen wipers
- Wind direction and speed
- Compass
- Speed on water
- Bilge pumps with alarms
- Heating manual and auto
- Desalinator
- Pump control
- Stabilizer control
- Underwater lights
- Anchor
- Communication with Victron (yacht power supply)
- Mobile application with basic functions

The great thing is that EmpirBus gives practically endless possibilities. From turning on devices, reading from sensors, creating operating logic and graphics on MFD with buttons and reading parameters, to programming alarms, replacing buttons and device fuses as well as integrating with other suppliers via CAN or NMEA2000.
Marineworks is ecstatic to implement the work, adding yet again, to comfort on board.
Cavale de Zeus and Transfluid-Bellmarine

Ok, maybe we were positively surprised to see Snoop Dogg carrying the Olympic Flame at the opening ceremony of Paris 2024 Olympics, however the real jaw-dropping moment, that took headlines of many papers and online news sites was about a masked woman riding a robotic horse on the Seine.
It is with the greatest pleasure to congratulate our Partner Transfluid-Bellmarine on equipping the Pegasus with their electric motor.
What a proud moment for Marineworks to be the exclusive distributor for Poland of a brand that represents innovation and engineering at their finest.
Summer affair – Polboat Yachting Festival
There might be only few annual happenings that the Marineworks Board approves almost instantly, but Polboat Yachting Festival is definitely one of them. 5th edition of the biggest trade show on a water in Poland took place mid July in Marina Yacht Park in Gdynia and it was the greatest PYF to date.
As a Polish company ourselves, we were thrilled to observe that so much is going on in the industry, and equally importantly that is happening here, at home.
23 shipyards’ premiers, more than 100 exhibitors, ECO Forum, cars, jewelry and even a fashion show kept visitors entertained throughout the days. We were impressed to see our Clients presenting show-stopping projects, many of which have great potential to be the next trendsetters. Simultaneously, we are proud to call ourselves their Business Partners, delivering unique systems and innovative solutions, ensuring comfort on board as per our ethos. We were also very happy to see so many young people interested in the trade and eager to unpack the unknown.
As for Marineworks, PYF brought great opportunities to meet with peers and clients. Our booth was constantly filled with marine enthusiasts and amazing vibes. It is what we love Polboat Yachting Festival for and we’re sure to fall in to that summer affair again next year.
