Marineworks Expands Global Presence with New Offices in Seychelles and Spain
We’re asking Rafal Skronski, Managing Partner of Marineworks Export about this exciting changes.

Marineworks has recently opened new offices in Seychelles and Palma de Mallorca. What led to this decision?
We had a strong desire to advance the Marineworks legacy on a global scale, which led to the creation of Marineworks Export—the international arm of Marineworks. As the daughter company of Marineworks, it leverages decades of expertise and innovation to meet the diverse needs of the international market. I have the privilege of holding the position of Managing Partner since the company’s inception, overseeing daily operations, ensuring the quality of services, and shaping the development strategy alongside two other shareholders.
Our expansion into the Indian Ocean with a branch office in Mahe [Seychelles] and into the Mediterranean with an office in Palma de Mallorca [Spain] is a direct response to the growing demand for our services in these prominent yachting regions. These locations are home to some of the world’s most stunning cruising grounds, and we recognized the importance of establishing a strong presence there to better serve our clients. By setting up offices in these strategic areas, we can offer more localized and responsive support to yachts and superyachts operating in these waters.
What specific services does Marineworks Export offer at these new locations?
Our primary focus is on supplying and servicing onboard comfort systems, which are essential to ensuring a luxurious experience for yachts and superyachts. This includes a range of systems such as climate control (HVAC), energy management, water treatment (including desalination plants), and vessel stabilization systems. If there are issues with other onboard systems, we can handle them as well, with the support of our parent company in Gdańsk, Poland—especially when it comes to propulsion systems like main engines, gearboxes, shaft lines, and propellers.
Additionally, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive maintenance solutions to keep vessels in peak condition. Whether it’s routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or complete retrofits, our teams from Poland, Spain, and Seychelles are fully equipped to manage it. We also have the capability to deploy our engineers and ship goods anywhere, without geographical limitations.
What makes your services unique, and how do you stand out from the competition?
Our versatility is a key factor that sets us apart. When it comes to comprehensive retrofits, we offer a full range of services—from consulting and system concept selection to preparing technical documentation (including system designs and electrical installation drawings), equipment supply, and international logistics. We also handle installation, system commissioning, complete rewiring, crew training, and after-sales support, including warranty work. All of this is typically overseen by a dedicated project manager.
For one-off services or deliveries, which are just as important to us, we pride ourselves on our rapid response time. We can quickly deliver parts or entire systems, along with services, to any location around the world. Our ability to do this faster than the competition is thanks to our investment in maintaining a well-stocked warehouse.
Moreover, our team includes individuals with hands-on experience in yachting, such as former captains and chief engineers, so our expertise goes beyond theoretical knowledge. Lastly, we have the privilege of tapping into the extensive network of partners, manufacturers, and resources built by our parent company over the years, drawing on their experience to ensure success.
What’s next for Marineworks after this expansion? Plans for upcoming future ?
While our focus will remain on delivering exceptional service in these new regions, we’re always looking ahead. We plan to continue expanding our global network and exploring opportunities in other key yachting destinations. Our goal is to be wherever our clients need us, ensuring Marineworks becomes synonymous with reliability and excellence in the yachting industry.
Additionally, we’re shifting our attention toward full retrofits, offering complete project management and technical support for crewed luxury yachts cruising worldwide. We’re developing a membership model through Marineworks Export, allowing clients to rely on us as a “one-stop shop” for all their technical needs, ensuring seamless support wherever they go.
Thank you, Rafal. It sounds like Marineworks is truly making waves in the industry!
Thank you! We’re just getting started, and we’re excited for what the future holds.

Unvelling New B2B Shop: A Game-Changer for Corporate Clients
Marineworks is set to revolutionize its customer experience with the launch of B2B shop.

Developed with the needs of corporate clients in mind, the shop is designed to streamline the purchasing process, provide enhanced access to products, and align with the growing demand for digital solutions in the marine industry.
Here’s a quick interview with Sales Support Specialist Bartosz Król to present closer look at how this new platform is poised to benefit Marineworks’ business clients.
What inspired Marineworks to develop a new B2B shop for its clients?
The inspiration for the new B2B shop came directly from our clients. As the company continuously seeks ways to elevate customer service, we identified a gap that could be filled by an e-commerce platform tailored specifically to business needs. We always strive to enhance the quality of our customer service. With e-commerce dominating how consumers shop today, developing a B2B shop felt like a natural step.
How does the shop align with Marineworks’ broader goals and commitment to business clients?
We are committed to simplifying the ordering process for our corporate clients. The B2B shop fits seamlessly into this vision by offering a solution that keeps up with the digitalization trend. The ability to restock supplies without the need for phone calls or emails is increasingly desirable in today’s fast-paced business environment. The new platform ensures that Marineworks is staying ahead of the curve, offering tools that not only simplify but also optimize the customer experience.
What are the standout features of the B2B shop that will make it a game-changer for clients?
One of the standout features of the new B2B shop is its accessibility. Once a client is registered, they gain continuous access to Marineworks’ inventory. Clients can check product availability, place orders at their convenience, and track the status of those orders in real-time. Additionally, the shop’s document management feature streamlines paperwork, keeping everything in one organized location.
How will the B2B shop improve the purchasing experience for clients working with Marineworks?
The clear, transparent structure of the shop will simplify the entire purchasing process for the client, from adding products to the cart to payment and finalizing the purchase.
Can you share how the shop will make it easier for clients to access the products Marineworks offers?
Access to all products and their actual stock levels will be practically at hand. Regardless of the time of day or location, clients will have the ability to place orders, even through their smartphone.

The shop is currently in the testing phase. Can you tell us what steps are being taken to ensure that the shop meets the highest standards?
The shop is being fine-tuned with input from selected clients. We’re analyzing client behavior and feedback in real-time to ensure we tailor the platform to their specific needs. This collaborative approach ensures that the final product is not only functional but also designed with its users in mind.
What specific benefits will Marineworks’ clients gain by using the B2B shop?
The shop is designed with convenience and efficiency in mind, and clients will enjoy significant advantages. These include 24/7 availability, access to the full product range, and the ability to view inventory levels and detailed product information such as descriptions, specifications, and images. B2B shop users will be the first to hear about exclusive promotions and sales events.
When can clients expect an invitation to join the B2B shop?
We aim to launch the B2B shop in 2025, but the official timeline depends on the results of the current testing phase. Once live, the shop will continuously evolve with updates and expansions. The ultimate goal is to create a platform that can serve clients globally, providing an enhanced level of service no matter where they are.
How will Marineworks support its clients as they start using the B2B shop?
Each user will be assigned a dedicated account manager whose details will be displayed on the main page after logging in. In case of any contact needs, we will be available by email and phone. Additionally, each new user will receive a tutorial video explaining how to navigate the shop.

What are the plans for future updates or expansions of the B2B shop after its launch?
Looking ahead, we plan to continually enhance the B2B shop with additional features and improvements. Long-term, we envision a global e-commerce platform that can serve clients worldwide, providing seamless access to marine products and services.
How will client feedback be incorporated into future improvements to the B2B shop?
Client feedback will play a critical role in the future development of the shop. We are committed to using customer insights to shape the platform’s ongoing evolution.
Why should clients be excited about the upcoming launch of this B2B shop?
With its 24/7 availability, intuitive design, and focus on client satisfaction, the B2B shop promises to be a powerful tool for Marineworks’ corporate clients.
